Just pack the items that you would like to return securely and place them in a post bag.
If you don’t still have the original box then package it safely and send it to us via registered post. Please ensure you use registered post to enable tracking as we are not liable for any items lost in transit. In the package, please include the following:

If an item is deemed to be faulty or flawed by a Loy Bags Technician and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time frame, the customer may exchange the item for either another item or in-store credit of the same value as the original purchase.
Once received allow up to 7 business days for your replacement to arrive. The replacement may be sooner but allow 7 business days to avoid disappointment.
