I need to return an item; how do I send it back?
Please ensure you use registered post to enable tracking as we are not liable for any items lost in transit. In the package, please include the following:
You will be contacted with a resolution within 48 hours of your item being received back in the store.
If an item is deemed to be faulty or flawed then the customer may exchange the item for either another item, or in-store credit of the same value as the original purchase.
Once received allow up to 7 business days for your replacement to arrive. The replacement may be sooner but allow 7 business days to avoid disappointment.
Screen faults are covered under warranty, unless it is from mishandling.
If your bag is damaged in some sort of accident, we have replacement screens and can swap one over for you within 1 business day.
